Aggressive breeds are not allowed.
There is a 2 pet maximum per home.
A photo, vet records, and a non-refundable pet fee must be paid before a pet may occupy your home.
A non-refundable pet registration fee is required: $300 for the first pet and $250 for the second pet.
Monthly Pet Rent is $50 per dog and $35 per cat.
Breeds not allowed are as follows: Pit Bull, Staffordshire Terrier, Doberman Pinscher, Rottweiler, Chow, Great Dane, Presa Canario, Akita, Alaskan Malamute, German Shepherd, Siberian Husky, Wolf Hybrids, or any mix of any breed mentioned.
